Warm tips:

If the screen signal is poor or flickers, make sure you are only operating the monitor with the adapter that came with it. With other adapters, the voltage may be insufficient. If the screen still flickers, please swap the HDMI cable to test.

Please check the Type-C port of your PC/Laptop whether it supports the transmission of audio and video signals (Thunderbolt3). If it doesn't, you'll need a "Type-C to HDMI" adapter for signal transmission.

If "No Signal" or "Power Saving Mode" appears, please switch the Type-C cable head to another side and reconnect the monitor.

The monitor turns on in the default power save mode. (Note: No save function in sleep mode, you need to close it manually.)

The 1080p portable monitor has no built-in battery, you can't charge it. just connect and get started.

Q: How do I connect to the Nintendo Switch?

If you use the monitor with Nintendo Switch, you need to power the monitor with the original adapter. Then take the handle down, press the sync button, the handle can be operated. Even when casting the screen, the handle should be unplugged to play.
The resolution is best set to automatic, not 480p. After setup, check if the monitor's OSD information is not showing 1920×1080, if not, you may need to reset it.

Q: How do you connect to an iPhone or iPad?

If you connect the monitor to an iPhone or iPad, you need to use the "I-O-S / Andriod to HDTV" cable (Note: the cable needs a separate power supply).
